It’s a stunning historical building right on the South Quay of the River Great Ouse — a peaceful, sometimes bracing place to walk and reflect before or after your session.

Therapy can be a space for self-exploration and understanding. I don’t believe that people need to be fixed, but sometimes we can run some pretty stuck and baffling patterns and behaviours….
